Yes! New students can enjoy a free trial class to meet the teacher, try the platform, and experience our teaching style before booking more lessons.

5. How can I book lessons?

You can purchase:

• A single lesson, or

• A lesson pack, which offers more flexibility and better value.

Once purchased, you can schedule lessons at times that work best for you.

6. What platforms do you use for classes?

Lessons are held through safe, reliable platforms such as:

7. What device does my child need?

For the best lesson experience, we recommend using a PC or laptop.
However, tablets and smartphones are also acceptable if a computer is not available.

8. Can students cancel or reschedule lessons?

Yes! You can cancel or reschedule up to 8 hours before the lesson starts at no charge.
Cancellations within 8 hours may be charged as a completed session.

9. What happens if we have technical problems?

If technical issues occur on the teacher’s side, the lesson will be rescheduled or extended.
If issues occur on the student’s side, we will do our best to accommodate, depending on the situation.

10. What do students need for class?

Generally:

• A stable internet connection

• A PC/laptop (ideal), or tablet/phone

• Microphone and webcam

• Quiet, distraction-free space

Any other materials (worksheets, links, etc.) will be provided by the teacher.

11. How do I pay for lessons?
